Expected list of features in upgrading to 8.9.1 from 7.1

Hi there!

We are using 7.1 version rightnow.
We would like to upgrade to 8.9.1, so we want to understand the feature we shall expect as an output from 7.1 to 8.9.1, though we have to upgrade from 7.1 to 7.9 and then to 8.9.1.

Please provide us the clear picture in understanding the expected list of features in upgrading to 8.9.1 from 7.1 version.
