Excessive Gitlab notifications

We want to “disable” notifications for new SonarQube analysis in an MR context in Gitlab.

Users will receive an email notification from Gitlab everytime SonarQube does a new
analysis of an commit to an open MR. This is because the comment is deleted and reposted.

We have looked around the settings to see if it was configurable to make SonarQube edit its MR decoration instead of repost, but no luck.
This issue makes MR analysis unusable for our company.

Such feature doesn’t exist yet but I will record it as a insight for future improvements :wink:
