In our logs I see that the processing of PHPUnit test report fails. It looks it’s trying to parse a file named “tests”, when in fact a directory exists with that name. Is it possible that you have configured “tests” as the report file of PHP Unit tests? Fixing that configuration should resolve the issue.

Thank you @janos. I modified phpunit.xml.dist file, and review parameters: sonar.php.coverage.reportPaths, sonar.php.tests.reportPath,
and now it works fine.
