I want to use sonarqube-community 6.7.4 or 6.7.5.
Can that support more than 200 persons do the test at the same time.
And how about one sonar server with five or six sonar scanners managed by jenkins?

Yes, 6.7.* can support that many users at once. I don’t have load test numbers for you as proof, but I do have SonarCloud to point to. It handles a far higher load than you specified.

P.S. The number of scanners/simultaneous analyses isn’t really an issue because the scanner requests data from the server via standard web services requests, and then submits the analysis report it compiled via another web service request. Server-side, submitted analysis reports are queued and handled sequentially.
