Do I need to create sonar token for each and every repo and make service connection for that

Hi,
I have multiple azure repo/pipeline do I need to create sonar token for each and every repo and make service connection for that.
Also how other branch apart from master can be added to sonar project

Hi,

You’ve asked two entirely independent questions and since we try to keep it to one question per thread (otherwise it gets messy) I’m going to address one and ask you to open a new thread for the other.

You can do it that way, but you don’t have to. If you create a new token for each repo - and presumably name the token for the repo - then you have very easy traceability and cleanup if something goes wrong. On the other hand, as you’ve noted, the setup on this is tedious.

It will work. It’s just a question of your priorities.

Thanks very much for help
