What values have you entered in the Development Value field in order to calculate the Technical Debt?
I see that the default is 30. Do you use the same? I just need a sample.

If you’re asking about the calculation of Technical Debt for your project, it’s the sum of the estimated technical debt (remediation time) for all the open Code Smells in your project. If you’re wondering where the estimates per issue come from, well they’re basically our best estimates.
Regarding time to develop a line of code, I don’t have a reference to cite for that. My assumption is that there was a study at some point. But honestly, the origin of that value is lost to me.
