Delete an old user attached to unavailable Azure AD (azure devops connection)

Hi, is it possible for you to delete the account tied to the email rtritean@sdl.com. the user cannot log in after our Azure AD migration last year and only deletion allowed a previous user to get access.

Previous thread that you have done this before for us.
