DB migration while upgrading from 9.8 to 9.9

Make sure to tell us:

  • What version are you upgrading from? – 9.8 >> 9.9
  • System information (Operating system, Java version, Database provider/version) – OS : Ubuntu , Java Version - 17 , DB : Postgres 15
  • What’s the issue you’re facing?
    We have a setup running Sonarqube 9.8 with Postgres DB 15 successfully , while tryin got upgrade the Sonaruqbe to 9.9 with the same database we are getting following error and the instance is showing below information

We have followed the upgrade guide and performed the mentioned step but still the issue persist , what should other points needs to take care for resolution.

Hi @Sumit_Sharma,

After starting the sonarqube service, you’ll have to browse to http(s)://yourSonarQubeServerURL/setup and upgrade the database. This will migrate the data to the newer sonarqube version.
