Custom rule descriptions cannot be updated via the UI

I am trying to update some Custom Rule descriptions, yet finding them unchanged after clicking Save.

I had a brief look. The frontend is sending a parameter with the name markdownDescription, while it looks like the backend is expecting a parameter with the name markdown_description.
