Convert Free plan to OSS plan?

How can I convert/upgrade an account from the Free plan to the OSS plan? Specifically for this OSS project which is publicly hosted on GitHub.

FYI for future reference: we ended up deleting the org on SonarCloud and re-adding it with the correct (OSS) plan.
