Cannot add member in My organization

Hi,

We are using GitLab, GitLab CI and sonarcloud.io . My organization import form Gitlab.

I want to add member form gitlab but it cannot found gitlab user.

Has this user already logged into SonarCloud? It’s a prerequisite for being able to be added to a SonarCloud organization.
