Hi team,

I am using Sonarqube 7.8 version, how can I explore an option of email notification about a newly introduced bug after code commit. Please note that if the developer committed/merged the code into develop branch, then the Jenkins job will automatically trigger and sync data into Sonarqube. If a new commit raised a new bug, then email notifications automatically go to the only developer.

Hi,

7.8 is past EOL. You should upgrade immediately. Your upgrade path is:

7.8 → 7.9.6 → 8.8 (last step optional)

Regarding email notifications, you need to convince the developer to subscribe to notifications. You cannot proactively subscribe another person to these notifications.
