Billing issues but we already pay the bill

Dear SonarCloud Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We are currently facing an issue with our SonarCloud analysis where the GitHub Actions pipeline fails with the following message:
“The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased.”

However, our organization Laennec-AI-Limited already has an active Team plan (100k private lines of code) and the billing page confirms that the subscription is active. The payment of €25 was successfully charged on March 15, and our current usage is approximately 28k lines of code across two projects, which is well below the limit.

Despite this, every time we push code and trigger the CI pipeline from GitHub Actions, the SonarCloud Analysis step stops immediately (within a few seconds) and displays the billing-related error mentioned above.

We have already verified the following:

  • The subscription is active in the billing section.

  • The organization and project keys are correctly configured.

  • The Sonar token was regenerated and updated in GitHub secrets.

  • The project was re

  • created in SonarCloud after deleting older entries.

Since the issue still persists, we suspect that the organization may still be temporarily blocked or not fully synchronized after the billing update or project changes.

Could you please check the billing status and organization configuration on your side and help us resolve this issue?
