We have migrated our Sonarqube 9.9.4 Enterprise edition from one windows server(2012) to another(2019), everything with the migration went well and the analysis is being successful but is taking so long to retrieve the quality gate status. I have observed that the background tasks are taking much longer than usual and is the reason for failure. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated also i have attached the screenshots for reference.

What are the differences between the two servers? And is the network latency between the new server and the database greater than the old one?
If you’d like to dig into this, you can bump your server log level up to DEBUG and check es.log for the timing of the various subtasks.

This is resolved and can be closed out, we saw latency issues due to new server residing on-prem and the db server on aws.
