Analysis failures and slow execution times

We’re seeing increased (almost double) execution times since ~July 1st.

As of today, analysis is failing with the following error Could not read report from S3 for task AXM0NSitCBLuEI9wJlDQ

Analysis continues to fail across multiple branches in the same project.
