It seems like your scan ran out of memory. More specifically it did so while trying to analyze the file public/vendor.bundle.js. Could you explain why you have this file checked into git? That could help us avoid errors like you experienced in the future.
For now you should be able to fix this by excluding at least the public/vendor.bundle.js file, see this page for more information.
