I am in the process of evaluating this platform and while testing it I got this error:

Last analysis failed Analysis ID “2b7e951a-8232-4705-af84-221244ee555a”

The last analysis has failed. If it keeps on failing after several attempts, please contact us on Community forum and provide the following failing analysis ID: “2b7e951a-8232-4705-af84-221244ee555a”.

Hi @juca-cruz ,

Welcome to the community forum.
If you check in the “Administration/Background Tasks” menu from your project, you shall see the list of analyses, and from there you can get to the “Show Error Details” for failed ones.

In your case, it appears that the analysis you submitted would cause your plan to be exceeded. I am seeing a message similar to this (your specific details were edited on purpose):

This analysis will make your organization 'xyz' to reach the maximum allowed lines limit (having nnnnn lines).

Thanks for your reply, I got that error while setting the first project and it keeps happening on that project.

I have been able to add others, but now I am facing an even more confusing issue, my projects are disappearing, I am getting 404 error and I can’t add them back since they show as already added

Hi @juca-cruz , reviewing your project, we could see that analyses are being processed normally. Can you confirm that you have no more issues on your project and organization?
