Administration -> Branches does not exist?

Hi,

I have the administrator rights to our SonarCloud instance, and I am trying to configure Branch Analysis. In the documentation, it states

"The long-lived branch name pattern defaults to:

(branch|release)-.*

It is a regular expression, configurable under Administration > Branches & Pull Requests :

When I click on “Administration”, I do not see “Branches & Pull Requests”, please see image:

How do I access this page? I want to change the branch pattern and delete short-lived branches.

This is possible under project-level Administration, not global administration.
