Your analysis with ID "AZFwBCLraePo65SWOCmx" has failed: An error has occurred with your code

Template for a good new topic, formatted with Markdown:

  • ALM used: GitHub
  • CI system used (GitHub Actions, although we are using automatic scans)
  • Scanner command used when applicable (private details masked): N/A
  • Languages of the repository: Salesforce (Apex, js, XML)
  • Only if the SonarCloud project is public, the URL
    • And if you need help with pull request decoration, then the URL to the PR too

  • Error observed (wrap logs/code around with triple quotes for proper formatting)Your analysis with ID “AZFwBCLraePo65SWOCmx” has failed: An error has occurred with your code repository platform (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitLab). Please try again.```
  • Steps to reproduce : This is intermittent so we don’t know what’s going on
  • Potential workaround : No workaround now.

Do not share screenshots of logs – share the text itself (bonus points for being well-formatted)!

I’m having the same error in some PR. Sonarcloud doesn’t show any details about what happened.

I’m also having same error in most of the PR in past few days.

Hey @jmstx @VenkateshG55

Can you share analysis IDs like @jesus-gaviria-extern?

This was already flagged for a dev team, but with a few reports I am going to escalate this.

“Your analysis with ID “AZF6apK4CW6QBW8FB3Nx” has failed: An error has occurred with your code repository platform (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitLab). Please try again.”

This is the error. We are using GitHub as our repository platform. The integration with SonarCloud is configured correctly, and we haven’t made any major configuration changes recently.

Here are the few analysis id’s of other PR which failed:

Hey @jesus-gaviria-extern, @jmstx and @VenkateshG55:

We took a look and, indeed, saw a spike in the kind of errors you reported (An error has occurred with your code repository platform) on Wednesday, but the numbers have fallen back to normal.

Do you still experience this issue on new commits?

The below 2 Analysis also failed after Wednesday.

“AZF6apK4CW6QBW8FB3Nx”
“AZF-HcOLHFD7d20qnpor”

Same for us, we have multiple still failing:

AZF_gmiQFzo2ZZfv1InQ
AZF_prE1At8PIz0y1alz
AZGCuoGtpV_aDHmUq5FY

AZGSkZl8b8qvDpOB-l_X

This is the most recent commit. Which also failed today.

“AZGXUi6IU1FaI3P-PnI0”

This analysis also failed today. Can you please give some context on why these are failing?

Colin Any update on this, we have a bunch still failing, thanks!

Hello @VenkateshG55,

I see in the logs that your analysis with the given ID failed (PR 74), while more recent PRs (e.g. PR 79) on the same project were analyzed successfully.

Did you take any action to solve the issue or can you spot any differences between the PRs?

No, I haven’t taken any action to solve the issue and also I can’t find any differences between the PRs

Hi, please find all the latest failed runs:

AZF_gmiQFzo2ZZfv1InQ
AZF_prE1At8PIz0y1alz
AZGCuoGtpV_aDHmUq5FY

AZGd8nnYxfHDft90PL-o
AZGh-4N9rv7nhyHmi7Lz
AZGy1-X35btou3un-fRl
AZGy55faDvGzCmHPg-tw

The analysis is working fine now, but the merge commits are not being analyzed for all PRs. Is this normal, or am I missing something?

Additionally, could you provide some context on why the previous PR analyses were failing?

Hello @VenkateshG55 and @jesus-gaviria-extern ,

Thank you for your feedback.

We have identified the issue and are working on a solution. When the fix is complete, we will update the post.
