Why Sonarqube branch analysis(sonar.branch.name) report always passed in Enterprise edition 9.5?

When I run the sonarqube analysis using property “sonar.branch.name=${branch}” the result is always passed even code covers is zero

Could you provide the full analysis context (from Project Settings → Background Tasks → [cog menu] → Show Scanner Context)?
