"Why is this an issue" tab in External generic issues

  • I want to have a “why is this an issue” on the imported external generic issues. Is this possible?
  • I’m able to import generic issues, however unlike the normal issues I only get the tab “Where is the issue”

Welcome to the community.
First, may I ask what language you work with and where the external issues come from?

We do have an ongoing internal discussion on how best to handle external issues, and this would probably have to be part of it, so thank you for voicing your need.

Hello Denis, I’m using Python. However, I want to support other languages like (c++, Java, Swift…). The issues are generated from checkmarx output.
