We are currently running SonarQube Enterprise Edition version 10.3 in an OpenShift cluster with PostgreSQL 13.3 as the database. We are planning to upgrade to the latest sonarqube stable version. Could you please suggest the recommended tool versions and the appropriate upgrade path to ensure a smooth migration?

In the docs there is the update path described and a calculator to determine it. Please take every LTA on your migration road, otherwise it will fail.
In your case 10.3 → 2025.1.x LTA → (optional, but IMHO recommended) 2025.4.y LTA
Next step will be 2026.1 LTA upcoming next year.

Thanks a lot for the response. I tried to upgrade the version 10.3 → 2025.1.x LTA but my sonar server still showing under maintenance in the UI. kindly suggest me the next steps for this issue. we have enterprise support, kindly share the link to connect with technical team as well.

I’m not working for Sonarsource, I’m only another user and have no direct connection with technical team. As you have licensed enterprise with support, your lead should know how to get into contact with Sonarsource.
But your case seems easy: Just read the instructions on your screenshot. When you upgrade your SonarQiube Server, you always have to migrate the database by opening the URL http://yourSonarQubeServerURL/setup and follow the setup instructions.
