We are trying to purchase a SonarQube subscription for our development team but have been unable to proceed due to a lack of response from the sales team. We have reached out multiple times through the official contact channels but have not received any replies.
When we enter our card information and click the “Buy” button, we see only a blank white page (as shown here).
We have tried using different devices, but the issue persists. Our company’s technical support team has confirmed that the problem is not on our end.
The process that I try:
Firstly, I visited this URL:
SonarQube Server Plans & Pricing Developer Tools | Sonar
Then I entered the Server ID and my email.
Then I entered the code for email verification.
After that, I entered the Order Information:
Then, for the last step in the Payment Page, I can’t move on anymore.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there an alternative way to complete the purchase, or could someone from the SonarQube team assist us?
