Unable to login user to Sonarqube (Okta is the SSO)

Hi Team,
We are using Okta as a SSO to authenticate Sonarqube Self hosted enterprise edition with the version * Enterprise Edition

  • Version 9.9.1.
    One of the user unable to login to the sonarqube with the Okta SSo login but when we check the audit logs in sonar its showing as 200 response.
    And the page keeps loading for the user and it will never open , Could you please help us on this ?

So the SonarQube logs show a 200 response. Is there any logging available on the Okta side? Anything showing up in the user’s browser console?

Yes am attaching the Okta success log and sonar web.log along with the screenshot of the user web browser where its keep on loading but UI page will not come up.

I’m not finding those logs very helpful.

You say this is only happening to one user, and not to your others?

Yes, its happening with only one user.

Then it sounds like your integration is set up correctly. I think you’re going to need to talk to your Okta admins about the one user.
