My colleague is having trouble resetting their password on the community forum. He uses the “forgot my password” link and provides his email. The pop up window appears and does say that there is an account with this email. However, he never seems to get an email to reset his password. He’s checked his filters, spam, trash, etc and hasn’t had any luck. I’ve tried the same steps and have received the email so we both suspect it’s something with his gmail account but we haven’t been able to figure it out. Any thoughts or recommendations to debug would be greatly appreciated.
