The SonarLint Documentation has a new home!

The new and improved SonarLint documentation website is available!

Today we’re announcing that we have moved and integrated the individual SonarLint plugin wiki pages to a central location: https://docs.sonarsource.com/sonarlint/

For SonarQube users, you may find the look and feel of the new site familiar; select the SonarLint icon in the upper left corner of the page to instantly switch between documentation projects. Choose the correct SonarLint version by selecting your IDE.

Soon, SonarCloud will join the docs.sonarsource domain and all Sonar product documentation will be available in one, centralized location!

Why the change? Not only will the four sets of SonarLint docs live together with the SonarQube and SonarCloud docs, they will share similar content, improving consistency across the IDEs and across all Sonar products! The SonarLint Team works hard to bring you the same features in each of the IDEs we support, and the new docs reflect this effort. We’ve simplified access to the information you need and combined the best parts of each docs set together. In addition, you’ll discover some significant improvements, most notably in the search functionality!

No worries, we’ll keep the GitHub wiki pages around for a while but they will no longer be updated. If something isn’t working right on the new docs pages, if you find broken links, or if the new docs look funny somewhere, please let us know! Your contribution is always welcome and very much appreciated!
