'The main branch has no lines of code.'

My SonarCloud project is reporting ’ The main branch has no lines of code.’, it is linked to a master branch in devops, if I select the ‘code’ tab I can actually see and navigate the code. The build in Azure Devops I have linked to this runs without issues, and reports the quality gate back correctly to PR builds.

Why am I seeing this message? Any why no results in the project in SonarCloud?
