Please go to the Administration / Background Tasks page, find the line with Status “FAILED”, click gear icon, and Show Error Details. Does it say something relevant?

where is Administration / Background Tasks. I do not see background tasks under administration.

Look in the Administration menu of the project, not the organization.

Just to let you know, the administration menu is not visable per repo, unless the default template has been configure to allow that option to the user.
