Unlike it is the case with SonarQube, It doesn’t seem possible to create rules from a template on SonarCloud

It would be awesome if this feature was available on SonarCloud as well.
Indeed, the feature is not available, and it is not planned to add it for now.
So what if we need a rule that is not currently available in Java/Sonar? What is the process for requesting a new rule?
