Starting Sonar with Not Found error

Hi Sonar people,

I’m new to sonar and currently exploring it. Today, I’ve tried install sonarqube on my windows with all requirements (such as sonar, sonar scanner, jdbc driver, java, elastic search). When I run the script StartSonar.bat, the console log out like this

Then, I went to the address: localhost:9000, and I got this error

Please show me what I’m missing or doing wrong.
