What happens when you try? What error do you get? Does the Test Configuration in your SAML configuration (SonarQube-side) work?
Only the latest version of SonarQube Community Build is considered active, so you’ll need to update and see if the situation is still replicable before we can help you.
It appears that the issue is originating from your internal Identity Provider (IdP) (signin.capgemini.com). Have you contacted your administrator to determine the cause of the problem?
They’ll be the ones with the logs to tell you what’s not working, or at least give you a clue.
