Sonnar scanner still picking localhost as sonarqube server url

Hi,
SonarQube version :7.8
sonnar runner version : sonar-scanner-cli-3.3.0.1492-windows

I have configured remote sonar server url in sonar.host.url but when i am running it , its picking localhost for sonar server not the url which i have configured in sonar-scanner.properties.

Is it failing to submit the analysis to the server, or is it just the dashboard URL at the end with the default URL?
