SonarTS scanner obsolete with SonarJS > 6.0?

Hi,

running Sonarqube 7.9.1 Enterprise with
SonarJS 6.2.1 (build 12157)
SonarTS 2.1 (build 4359)
installed.

The Jenkins pipeline log has

[2020-07-16T10:50:08.045Z] INFO: Since SonarTS v2.0, TypeScript analysis
is performed by SonarJS analyzer v6.0 or later. No TypeScript analysis
is performed by SonarTS.
[2020-07-16T10:50:08.045Z] INFO: Sensor SonarTS [typescript] (done) |
time=0ms

So the SonarTS plugin is obsolete and may be uninstalled ?

@anon67236913, yes in some way it is obsolete, but you should not uninstall it. It still provides documentation for TypeScript analysis inside SonarQube. It will be removed in next releases of SonarQube.
