SonarQube will support PHP 8.0 and Laravel 8.47 latest Versions to generate the report

Hi Team,

I have installed and configured SonarQube & Sonar-scanner and integrated it with Jenkins.
using Jenkins, I’m able to generate the report.

I have installed SonarQube 8.9 & Sonar-Scanner 4.6.2.

I have a couple of doubts,
whether SonarQube will support PHP 8.0 and Laravel 8.47 latest Versions to generate the report.

Please help me with this issue.

Hey there.

SonarQube v8.9 LTS broadly supports both PHP 8.0 and Laravel 8 – but since Laravel 8.47 was released 6 days ago and v8.9 LTS was released over a month ago… there’s no way for us to support the bleeding edge version. :slight_smile:

If you find False-Postiives or False-Negatives, please give us a shout so we can improve future versions of our products.

As per your update, SonarQube is supporting PHP8.0 and Laravel 8.0 to generate the reports.
