SonarQube v8.9.7.52159 PRs decoration doesn't work

SonarQube v8.9.7.52159, developr edition

1. We are integration sonarAube with bitbucket cloud. Global config is valid.
   
   
2. At project level PRs decoration is enabled as well
   
   
   
   But when i open PR in project there is a warning that
   Unable to decorate the pull request. Please configure the pull request properties in the project administration.
   What can be wrong?

Can you check the Project Settings → Background Tasks → [cog menu] to see if there are error logs for the PR in question?
