SonarQube SMTP Settings not working, where can I find the logs? V:9.9 (build 65466)

Version: Enterprise Edition Version 9.9 (build 65466).

We want to get E-Mail from Sonarqube, so we set up the SMTP Settings. unfortunately we get the error: “Configuration invalid: please double check SMTP host, port, login and password.”

We want to know more details about the error, so where can we find the logs for SMTP errors?

That’s a bit out of scope for us. It’s probably a question for your sysadmin: where did she install the SMTP host and where are its logs?
