What is the recommended version strategy for upgrade SonarQube Community Build given that it does not have LTA version anymore? Should we always upgrade to the latest version?

For SonarQube Community Build only the latest released version is supported, so yes, updating always to the latest version should be the way to go

Thanks for this. Would you know if we can upgrade without introducing changes in quality profile and quality gates? Since we consider quality profile and quality gate changes before upgrading as these functionalities are being reviewed by our dev team.
