Question : Sonarqube Community Build Version Upgrade from v9.9 to?

We are trying to upgrade our community build edition of sonarqube which is currently running v9.9. We wanted to move to newest monthly builds as released. We have question on which version should we pick (thinking to go with 25.6 build). can you suggest.

Below are the mentioned details.

• which versions are you using (Community Build, Scanner) : v9.9
• How is Sonarqube deployed: Helm
• what are you trying to achieve:

  • We wanted to move to latest version of Sonarqube Community Build. As per Upgrade Path details as mentioned here ( Determining the upgrade path | SonarQube Community Build Documentation ) It says, we should be moving from

    9.9 LTA > 24.12.0.100206 > 25.4.0.x (one intermediate step)

  • Can we move from

    9.9 LTA > 24.12.0.100206 > 25.6.0.x

Can you please confirm on the above ?

The intermediate step is necessary. But the latest SQCB Version is 25.8 that should be used.

The other Versions mentioned are EOL. SonarQube Community Build versions are EOL as soon as there is a new One released, there is no LTA/LTS for it.
