Since the rebranding of the SonarQube logo from red to blue, the IDE icon that lets you access the various views relating to SonarQube is a lot less visible when the IDE is in dark mode.
I can imagine some people completely missing it if they don’t know where to look for it. Maybe it’s possible to add some kind of white background glow effect around the icon to make it more visible (similar to the “Skip All Breakpoints” icon in Eclipse itself).
thank you for reaching out. I’m not clear why this icon is shown incorrectly for you - despite the contrast you mention.
I would assume that it is only partly visible is a bug on the Eclipse IDE side, as this is what I see (both on macOS and Linux) and the UI element placing cannot be changed:
Ah, I didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to look like this. I remember a similar bug happening for the icon of the Workspace Mechanic plugin (the green circle with the checkmark to the left of the Sonar icon) several years ago that caused only half of that icon to be visible. Although that bug eventually fixed itself somehow (even before Sonar started placing its icon there).
