SonarQube historical data

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there’s a setting or option in SonarQube that allows users to view or switch between historical measure values for a project based on specific dates. I’m aware of the Activity tab, but I’m curious if it’s possible to do something similar within the Measures tab — for example, to see the overall code coverage percentage as it was on a past date.

From what I understand, it seems that each new analysis overwrites the previous values. Is there a way to view or compare past metrics directly from the Measures tab?

Hey there!

Historical metrics in SonarQube are available through the Activity tab, not directly from the Measures tab. E

However, from the Measures tab, you can browse previous analyses, you can click “see history” while browsing a metric, which will take you to the metric’s historical trends within the Activity tab.
