SonarQube for IDE: Rules are not reflected in VS code as per quality profile

-I have installed SonarQube for IDE extension in VS code.
-I am using connected mode, have bound the remote sonarqube server project in VS code.
-I have set the rules in a custom quality profile in sonarqube server.
-The project is assigned to the quality profile in sonarqube server.
-I have Bind all workspace project to Sonarqube
-Now, I expect the rules from sonarqube server quality profile should be reflected in VS code.

But I do not see those rules.

What I am missing?
Sonar server: Community Edition v9.9.7
SonarQube for IDE: v4.13.0

The latest version is actually 4.13.2. Could you pick up that patch and see if this is still a problem?
