Dear IntelliJ users,
SonarQube for IDE: IntelliJ 11.0 is now available!
We’re excited to announce the release of the latest version of the SQ IDE plugin for IntelliJ! This update is focused on improving your daily workflow, enhancing usability, and future-proofing the plugin for the latest versions of the IntelliJ platform.
Here’s what’s new:
A Fresh, Filterable UI
We’ve completely refactored our main tool window UI to make it more intuitive and powerful. The highlight of this redesign is the introduction of powerful new filters. You can now instantly narrow down issues by severity or type, allowing you to focus on what matters most and remediate code quality issues faster than ever before. All findings are also now centralized in one single place.
More Flexible Pre-Commit Workflow
We know that getting blocked by a failing pre-commit check can be disruptive. That’s why we’ve refactored the pre-commit analysis feature. We allow you to proceed the commit whenever you still have issues or not. This gives you the control to proceed with your commit when necessary, ensuring the code quality gate doesn’t stand in the way of your productivity.
