Sonarqube duplicated lines percentage

Hi,

• Currently on Version 8.9.6 (build 50800)
• Trying to calculate the 1.8% duplicated lines from screenshot below:
  
  

Based on the calculations, this percentage should’ve been 439 /17120 * 100 = 2.56%

Can you please help my team determine how 1.8% has been generated?

The 1.8% number has been generated exactly how it says in the documentation:

duplicated_lines / lines * 100

The reason why your calculations give you ‘wrong’ number is because 17,120 is a number of Lines of Code which is different metric from Lines. The difference is really well described in the Size section
in the page you linked above.
