You’re right, there is a problem with that blog post; I’ll raise it internally. In the meantime, you can find the equivalent article on Microsoft’s site.
Do be aware this is a very old article (from 2015) and some of the technical solution on the SonarQube side for analyzing .NET and C# projects has changed since then.
