Hi all,
Sonar is excited to announce the availability of the SonarQube Community Build 26.2.0.119303, our February release.
Along with other enhancements, this version introduces .NET 10 and C# 14 support and various improvements across other languages.
Since the January release the SonarQube Community Build runtime requires JDK 21 or later. Note that the previous requirement of a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is no longer sufficient; a full JDK is required. As a reminder, using Java 17 for SonarQube scanners on the machine running the analysis is now also deprecated, please find more information here.
For further details on updates, please refer to the documentation where you can find release and upgrade notes. You’ll find all fixed tickets in the full release notes. Please open new threads for any questions you have about these or other features.
To ensure a smooth upgrade to this and subsequent Community Build releases this year, your upgrade path must include version 25.12.0.117093 or 26.1.0.118079. You can find detailed information in the documentation.
As usual, download is available at SonarSource.com. Docker image is available on Docker Hub. You can find on Artifact Hub how to use the latest SonarQube Community Build with the official Helm chart.
