Sonarqube community 10.6 always comes back as "The main branch has no lines of code."

Just installed SQ 10.6 and when ever I run a scan it comes back as
The main branch has no lines of code.

Works fine with SQ 10

What language(s) are you analyzing? Can you provide your logs from analysis (preferably at DEBUG level, which means executing sonar-scanner -X or adding the sonar.verbose=true analysis parameter).
