A momento ago I was creating new projects in SonarQube Cloud, now I cannot access any project in my organization. I keep seeing errors saying that the project’s Quality Gate cannot be found.
Yep we are getting this message when trying to view quality gates in SonarQube Cloud:
”Failed to retrieve entitlements for organization ……”
Pipelines are also breaking when trying to fetch the quality gate status
Same here: no projects load, same error with entitlement retrieval. Our pipelines are blocked!

We are currently rolling back a change to our entitlements service, so this should be resolved soon.
Could you please update https://status.sonarqube.com/ with this (second today) issue, this has been affecting us for over 30 minutes with no notifications

Agree. It has been very unstable and inconsistent today and we need to come to the Forum to validate the new errors our teams are reporting.

I am still seeing errors when we run Sonarcloud in our CI pipeline. api.sonarcloud.io is returning a 500 error
Same here. Still having issues.
Our org has issues with failing calls to https://sonarcloud.io/api/settings/values.protobuf endpoint in the CI pipelines since ~4:30 PM UK time:

We’re getting errors during CI and when I login to the dashboard I see no projects and get an error toast.
I’m seeing a 500 error in the browser inspection tool for /api/users/current.
ETA is 30 minutes for a fix to be deployed (18:30 CEST)

From a quick navigation on the web UI, issues seem fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot try an analysis right now.
