When do you face the issue? Is it when you try to login, or when you test the SAML configuration from the SonarQube UI (within the global administration)?

What URL have you used for sonar.auth.saml.loginUrl?
I noticed you mentioned this:
SonarQube doesn’t support importing an XML file with the SAML information – you have to set each setting individually (though that information may be found in the XML file available to you).

Is that a SonarQube URL? It should be a URL from your identity provider.

What do the server logs say when you try to login?
it never reported in logs related to Active Directory
this is the page we get when i hit test configuration in the authentication
Which logs did you look in? web.log?
