SonarQube 9.9.6 LTA release note. Fixing for Security fix (SSF- 571, 572 & 583)

Make sure to tell us:

  • What version are you upgrading from? 9.9.5
  • System information (Operating system, Java version, Database provider/version) Amazon Linux 2
  • What’s the issue you’re facing? Currently we are seeing through on the release note of 9.9.6 LTA. Is there an explanation or update regarding the Security fix below:
    Security fix (SSF-571)
    Security fix (SSF-572)
    Security fix (SSF-583)

We kinda confuse since the explanation is non-existent and very minimal.
Every explanation and update would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community!

Our policy is to update such tickets 90 days after the release, to give everyone the time to upgrade. For 9.9.6, that’ll be Monday, 30 Sept. If you’re waiting for that explanation before you upgrade… don’t. SSF tickets represent security flaws.
