[SonarQube 8.9.8] GitHub File Comments via Pull Request Decorations

:wave: Hi there,

I wanted to confirm whether or not GitHub file comments are a feature of SonarQube, specifically with version 8.9.8 enterprise.

I’ve researched across the forum as well as documentation but had a difficult time finding a definitive response.

Alternatively, my team was looking on building an in-house solution for this but wanted to see what others have done.

In-line comments are not supported as a part of GitHub Pull Request Decoration.
